Covariances result from the full R-matrix analysis similar to
those performed for 1H and 6Li. For MT=107, 800 and 801 the
international neutron cross section standards were incorporated
into the evaluation. Therefore, 10B covariances should be
considered to be of high quality. We note that the uncertainties
for the standards (n,alpha) (MT107) reaction are near 1%.
OF ENDF/B-VI MOD1 1. MF=1,MT=451 - Comments were added regarding estimated
(expanded) covariance for the Standards Cross Sections.
2. MF=3,MT=55,57,62,64,65,68,70,71,73,74,76-81,83,84 - LR flags
and Q-values corrected.
MODIFICATION OF ENDF/B-VI EVALUATION FOR ENDF/B-VII
G. M. Hale and P. G. Young (4/12/06)
1. Standard cross sections for MT=107, 800, 801 from the
ENDF/B-VII international standards analysis were incorporated
below 1 MeV. The previous evaluation (ENDF/B-VI) was smoothed slightly between 1-1.5 MeV for a smooth join of the data.
2. MF=4, MT=2 elastic angular distributions from the ENDF/B-VII
R-Matrix analysis were added below 1 MeV.
3. MF=6, MT=800,801 angular distributions were added from the
ENDF/B-VII R-Matrix analysis below 1 MeV. The previous MF=12, MT=801 gamma-ray data were incorporated into MF=6.
4. MF=33, MT=107,800,801 data from the ENDF/B-VII international
standards analysis were incorporated into the evaluation.
