1008016 | 008_O_016 | ENDF/B-VII | The (n,alpha0), (n,alpha) and elastic cross-section magnitudes (MF=3, MT=2,107,800) were changed in December 2005 by Philip Page (LANL) from the ENDF/B-VI MOD 3 Evaluation (discussed above). The change made to the ENDF/B-VI MOD 3 version is that the cross-sections of all the 16O(n,alpha0) data in the region of laboratory neutron energy 2.4-8.9 MeV have been been reduced by 32%. The threshold is at 2.4 MeV. The total 16O n cross-section is fixed, so that the difference is put into the elastic 16O n cross-section (in the region 2.4-8.9 MeV). The 16O(n,alpha) cross-section is also changed to reflect the new 16O(n,alpha0) cross-section. |
MF3 MT102: Capture cross sections above the thermal energy were replaced by the evaluation in JENDL-4. The total and non-elastic cross sections were adjusted by the differences in the capture. T. Kawano (Apr. 2011) MF3 MT107: Sum MT800 - MT803 to produce a new MT107 P.G. Young (Aug. 2011) Covariances are based on simple low-fidelity estimate performed by T. Kawano, LANL in 2008. |
