1020046	020_Ca_046	JEFF-3.1			New evaluation			JEFF-3.1 has no resoance parameters except scattering radius and reports zero cross sections for total, and elastic below 1 keV. This unphysical feature (note that reported capture below 1 keV is different from 0) was fixed by importing JENDL-3.3 cross sections (MF=3) for total, elastic and capture and merging them with the original JEFF-3.1 evaluation.
