"File produced by WPEC Subgroup 23 in 2004-2005
Covariances from COMMARA-2.0 were adopted for the Mo isotopes. Here, new sets of covariances were obtained at BNL in 2010 using the kernel approach in the resonance region and EMPIRE/KALMAN
analysis of experimental data in the fast neutron region.
Dispersion analysis provided expected uncertainties of the order
of 10% for total, elastic and capture with tendency to increase
above 10 MeV. Some isotopic data are available for all channels
but the results still depend heavily on elemental data. The
EMPIRE/KALMAN analysis was performed using ""nuisance"" parameters scaling total and reaction cross sections to account for
systematic uncertainties."
