Total cross section (MF3,MT1) evaluated with the SOK code, based on experimental data of Poenitz(83), Whalen(68), Seth(65), and Miller(52) in the energy range 45 to 650 keV Note that ENDF/B-VII.0 total cross section in 409 to 605 keV was the same as ENDF/B-VI.8, which follows the experimental data. 3. Capture cross section (MF3,MT102) calculated with CoH3, with the gamma-ray strength function of 0.00005. The optical potentials were the same as the BNL evaluation in VII.0. [2010 Nov] 4. Modifications made by A. Trkov and R.C. Little to the original file were incorporated. This fix includes: negative cross sections in MF3 MT91 Q-values in MT4 and MT91 Q-values in MT103 and MT107 5. Metastate production cross section (MF10,MT4) exceeded the total inelastic scattering near the threshold energy. This was fixed by adjusting MF3,MF51. A tiny numerical fix was also applied to MF3,MT16. Finally MF3 MT2,MT4 were reconstructed. |
