Pronyaev - Fast neutron region En > 79.147 keV : JENDL-3.3 V.G. Pronyaev: Parameters of negative resonance and two first positive resonances were adjusted to fit thermal elastic scattering by Vertebnyj (X4=41280) and recommended RI. Evaluation in the URR was done with parameters recommended by Zakharova for BROND-2 with following least square adjustment to all existing experimental data on capture cross section using EVPAR code. Potential scattering radius in URR was adjusted to fit total and elastic scattering cross section at 79.147 keV for fast neutron region. Corrected EPMAX for MF=5, MT=16, 17, and 22 Corrected interpolation in MF=5.
