Vogt Energy-Dependent Fission Q Values Generalized for All Actinides Oct 8, 2008 report LLNL-TR-407620 Covariances - BNL, July, 2011: Covariances were adopted from COMMARA-2.0, which were supplied by BNL. Covariances are combination of the uncertainties recommended in the assessment of Ref. [1] and correlation matrices produced by the WPEC Subgroup 26 [2] converted to the AFCI 33-energy group structure. At low incident neutron energies, the resonance parameters were directly taken from the JENDL-3.3 evaluation file. The sections MF1,MT452,455,456 and MF5,MT18 were also adopted from the JENDL-3.3 evaluation.
